It would ideal if Raisers Edge NXT would send an automatic email to the email address on file for recurring donors when their monthly gift is rejected. Often times we have found it is due to an expired card, change of address. The email should direct the donor to be able to update their credit card details to a new or different card. Also, I wish there was a way to delete 0.00 gifts that are hard rejects from the gift management batch list once it has been reviewed and/or updated.
