Allow manual processing a payment on a recurring gift.

For instance, if someone missed a payment due to a decline on the card. I'd like to go into the recurring gift in nxt or database view and create a payment on the existing recurring gift. The way it is now, we just lose that payment or we have to ask the donor for the card info all over again so we can process manually.

    Yes! We just converted to automatic recurring gifts an done was missed and now we can't go back & process without getting the payment info again from the donor.

    I totally agree. It doesn't make sense that you cannot do any manual process without asking constantly disrupting the donors. Also the more the credit card is being given over the phone, the more chance of security breach.
