I would like the ability to write a generic email with a mail merge style fillable elements (like name, gift date, amount) that could trigger on a $0 credit card gift.

I have found that RE NXT will attempt to charge a reoccurring credit card gift multiple times even if the payment fails continually.

Donors do not notice when their payment fails, so I have to email each donor individually to inform them of the failure.

This would save me a lot of time and be more convenient for our donors.
