Add the option to delete a recurring gift that failed when automatically being charged through NXT

When I convert a recurring gift from manually to automated, we should have the option to delete the gift record if the payment failed instead of having gift records of $0.00. We should also have the option to revert from automated to manually.

      We are having an issue with this as well. When a recuring gift payment is recorded with a zero gift amount in a person's record in webview you have to manually try to run the gift again after you get new card information. In database view, these bad credit card gifts simply are put in a exception batch and nothing is added to the person's record. You can then put them in a batch once you get the new card information and run it again and put the gift in the person's record.

      The second problem with this webview way of running a card a second time is that it does not go into a batch when the card goes through meaning it complicates trying to reconcile payments from BBMS since we don't have any of these gifts in a batch to match up the numbers.

      This is something that really needs to be fixed!
