We should have BBMS/OLX process the recurring gifts every month instead of our own staff running these monthly.  We've used another credit card donation site and they do this for us.  Since using OLX, we can no longer do this and must have one person do the processing every month.  If that person is on vacation, we have no way to process these gifts.
