If RE wants to be the best Database software offered.. you cannot make MORE work for those of us who depend on our data do to our jobs most effectively. Merging dozens of duplicate constituents should never be asked of those who pay for this service.

How is BB tracking with this? Surely it is transferable to events from the online data review you have with gifts

Agree with everyone else here. The event forms are so frustrating to use in this regard that it makes me want to go back to using Online Express. It's ridiculous that this feature was not added before release. Please prioritize this.

Blackbaud decided to remove "New Constituent" indicator from NXT gift batch review. You now have to review every single constituent, and figure out if it's a new record or an existing one. At least bring that back!

We spend so much time merging records because a new one is created just because a registrant spells out "South" rather than just using an S in their address as an example. If the address is different at all it creates a new record, regardless of the email used. This is needed yesterday.

Please do this asap - we have duplicates coming out of our ears!!!

Please implement a review process or set up controls in RE like in Online Express, where you can approve / commit the creation of a new constituent record for a registrant not matched to a pre-existent constituent record. Not all registrants need to be in the database as constituents. With Latin names, or names that have accented letters, names misspelled during registration, etc, it will just create lots of duplicates.
