We have been accepting free event registrations using the NXT Forms and overall have been pleased with the matching, but it isn't 100% perfect so we do get “New” records created for constituents already in RE. The summary information showing those new records created makes it really easy to identify those records and, if there is already a constituent in RE, I will just merge the records, specifically the event information. Everything seems to work fine, however, in the Event Record the registration/participant record is still flagged as a New Constituent. It would be great if once the participant record is linked to a constituent, they no longer show as a New constituent.
