RENXT is unable to “Create new constituent” as an Organization Record, it appears it is only able to create a New Individual Record. Thinking I can fix this, I went ahead and created a New Organization Record in database view, sadly RENXT is still unable to “Search or find a Possible Match” for Organizations, only looks for Individual Constituents. This needs to be “turned on or fixed ASAP”! Until a fix is instituted, I must save the donor as an individual, convert them to an organization and then merge the records, followed by deleting the incorrectly created record - this is not a good use of anyone's time or energy.
