I am running into the same problem when using Online Data Review for event forms. When one member of a household registers for the event and includes children or spouse as their guests, we have multiple non-constituent participant records that show up for the constituent matching. It would be great to be able to consolidate the participant records (each has only one or two events) into the single non-constituent spouse record or the constituent child record (children are usually constituents because they are students in our system while spouses are not usually constituents because we record household giving rather than individual giving). So, there are two issues - one is deduping non constituent records that are participant records and/or non-constituent relationship records - this would just be the ability to merge non-constituent records that are either participant records or relationship records with other non-constituent records that are participant records or relationship records. The second is deduping non-constituent participant records that are actually constituents - this would mean giving the ability to merge constituent records with non-constituent participant records or non-constituent relationship records.

It would also be helpful to merge relationship records together! When we search in web view, we have so many non-constituent duplicates, and they are all either relationship records or event participation records. This creates a data gap because one record doesn't have all the information.
