Please add this functionality. As others have said, there are long-standing procedures in place that require this info in the validation report. Since we don't have FE, that is the most efficient, and sometimes only way accounting knows where to put the money. Yes, you can print a validation report from DB view once the web view batch is approved. However, it does not include the FUND and other pertinent info! It cannot be customized either.

We want to make sure that eventually in RENXT, we will be able to print a gift validation report.

You can print a Validation Report in DB view from the Batch once it is approved, but there is no Control Report for batches originating in webview.

We would like to start using web view for the entry of gifts, but this is NOT possible until there is a batch validation report in place. Once you create a batch validation report and it is in place, you will see more and more clients using web view for gift batch entry.

Having either a validation report or a commit control report is an essential function of gift processing and gifts being posted by our business office. They NEED some type of official document with each batch in order to process checks. This feature needs to be added before the database view is discontinued.

We've been using both web view and database view for a while now and though we process the majority of our online gifts through web view, today was the first time that I created a gift batch for transactions other than online ones in web view. I was shocked when I realized there was no batch report! Please get this added before discontinuing database view.

Many organizations have long standing processes in place with their finance departments and auditors that require these reports. Please replicate them in web view.

Yes, printing to pdf and saving these is part of our gift batching process for record keeping.

As many of my colleagues, we will not be able to switch to NXT donation forms until we have full gift entry functionality in NXT, including all associated reports, such as gift batch validation reports. Thank you.

A lack of validation reports would be a disservice to a multitude of us and current processes in place. We count on an easy processing of this report to ensure our books are in order. Pigeon-holing us into utilizing a particular "viewing point", but not providing all of the necessary tools we are in need of seems to go against everything that Blackbaud stands for.

This is an important piece in our process that would make switching to NXT forms managable. The process now is not up to speed.

Basic audits require a printed copy of donation forms. NXT webview does not give you this option making in necessary to go into database view and print it out that way. There are many fixes that need to be made before the database view goes away.

I can't use NXT without my validation report. i need to know the GL entries!!! cannot do anything with out this!!!!
