Add Validation and Control report options through NXT Batching of Gifts Merged

Making these reports available in NXT as we are bacthing would make it so we are relying less on the database version of everything in my opinion. But most agencies financial departments either need or want these reports for their peace of mind and accounting.

    Agree - we want to be able to use RENXT for gift batches but this is prohibiting us from using it.

    Yes Please! My organization uses this report between the Advancement and Finance Departments for reconciling gifts! Much needed!
