On the NXT online donation form, when donors submit tribute gifts the honoree's name auto populates the recipient's name field. Majority of our tribute gifts are in memory of/for deceased individuals, so as you can imagine this is causing significant issues with our tribute notification letters. Each time a tribute gift is processed, data entry staff must go each tribute record and remove honoree name and add correct individual’s name. There’s so much room for error here which will result in uncomfortable conversations with honoree family members.
