Provide an editable salutation for NXT gift form and NXT event form confirmation emails
Several donors have asked that their spouse names be included in confirmation emails sent by NXT gift and NXT event forms. Very helpful for tribute gifts and tax documentation.

I am going to keep this open for voting, but wanted to add that at the time the confirmation emails are sent, donor matching to existing donor records HAS NOT OCCURRED. Therefore the confirmation email only includes those fields that were entered by the donor on the form as we don't know the donor's spouse.
We have discussed adding a first class spouse name field,but this use case seems to be the exception, not the norm and therefore may lower donor conversion rates with a field that is only sometimes used or needed by donors.
I'll keep an eye on voting but wanted to give you a bit more info on why this is not present today.
This can also be done by providing a merge field linking to the spouse name, as well.
