Please fix the tribute name field in NXT Forms to be two separate fields "First Name" and "Last Name" and make both of them required if the tribute option is chosen. We are having an issue where pet tributes are being automatically linked to pre-existing pet tributes with different last names if only the first name is entered. Most recently, someone donated in memory of "Biscuit" and it automatically linked it to an already existing tribute for Biscuit Rin.... This led us to print out the tribute letter with the incorrect name. If the fields were separate and required for the tribute, then I think it would stop this from occurring. I really think this would be a quick fix that could solve a major problem. Thanks!
