We are currently working to move our donation forms to NXT from LO now that tribute gifts are possible. One of the biggest issues we've seen so far is that there is not a specific field under tributes on the NXT forms for a note from the donor. For a workaround we have included the general "comment" field and labeled it as "tribute message" for the donor.

However, this comment field maps back to the gift reference field on the gift record which we are already using for other information. This request is specifically for a field on the NXT donation forms solely for a "tribute note" and for it to map to a gift note on the gift record. Until that time we will be spending a lot of unnecessary time moving gift reference data from any gifts that come through NXT forms.
