Add "TRIBUTE" column to gift Lists in NXT (web-view) Merged

It would be helpful to have tribute information (or at least name) available as a column in the Gift Lists area of NXT (web-view). I have some gift lists in there and it would be helpful for front-line fundraising staff to see at a glance that these were tribute gifts.

There needs to be a way to view gifts to a constituent's memorial/tribute in NXT Merged

My Executive Director needs to be able to easily access tribute/memorial amounts when in NXT without having to go into the database view. It would be nice to have that a part of the constituent's record in NXT.
