Will the 'notes' feature of Tribute Funds move over to NXT webview please?

Agree with all the comments here - what you have done may have been shipped but what you have shipped is no use to any of us. Please, please get this sorted and mirroring the functionality in DB view.

Is there an actual roadmap, estimated ship date, anything on this functionality? It's ok to say no, but users have been seeing this 'planned' status for 7-8 years.

• There are comments here going back to 2017 highlighting that this has been a core functionality that users need.

• It's been merged with numerous other ideas asking for the same functionality.

• New 'ideas' for this are added regularly (one this month already racking up votes https://renxt.ideas.aha.io/ideas/RENXT-I-8806)
  
  

I will turn this one back to planned. Since the title is general with "management" but the details call out specifically the list functionality, I agree.

I completely agree that marking an idea as "shipped" when it has minimal functionality is very misleading. It is hard to say when it IS complete, since there will be iteration and refinement of functionality and I appreciate that, but it seems like we've pinpointed an important issue.

When users hear that something is shipped they expect it to behave much like it does in database view. There are pretty significant components left out of Tribute Management that make it impossible to use in webview.

I agree that an idea should only be noted as Shipped when the total functionality is available. Being able to see a breakdown and the total amount of gifts is a basic requirement for us as a Hospice.

Yes, the one piece of this that is still outstanding is the ability to view the gifts attached to a tribute. In general, full tribute management functionality on both the constituent and gift record has been shipped. That said, we are going to closing the loop on that list part at some point.

What part of this is shipped. I'm seeing notifications that this idea is shipped, but nothing has changed in the ability to view gift details on the tribute tile. This "idea" is actually core functionality and Blackbaud seems to be slow (like 8 years ago?) in actually bringing it into web view.

Please add as this is a feature we use when talking to family members

Please add the functionality of seeing "gift details" on a tribute record without the need to run a tribute query. This information is vital to serving family members and acknowledgees who need additional information about gifts made in memory or in honor of their loved ones.

Crucial function for us as a hospital foundation. We have a fair number of tributes and need to be able to see the gifts linked to that tribute, and being to do that linking in batch asap. I see Tribute updates in 2026 on the product update briefing but that is very far off....

This would be so helpful! Connecting this during the gift entry process would be the best option, rather than editing a posted gift.

Please continue to develop this. We NEED an efficient way to see who contributed & how much. Perhaps on the constituent's tribute tile that could be summary information (e.g., Number of gifts: 8 Total gifts:$1,000) and then click on the number or amount to see a Gift List of those. I understand that improvements are an iterative process but PLEASE make it easier for us to acknowledge tribute gifts by implementing these requests for NXT tribute improvements. Thanks!

We need to be able to see the Tribute description as the MOST IMPORTANT bit in webview, as well as the total raised for that Tribute.

It's weird that we can't add the constituent that the tribute is on as an acknowledgee - only their family and friends. It's like the model for tributes is that the honoree can only be deceased and not celebrating their own birthday or wedding anniversary.

Was super excited to get the notifications that we can now see Tributes on records today in "What's New". From excitement to abject disappointment. What we have is no use to anyone. If this is what we waited almost 8 years for, it doesn't bear thinking about how long it will take BB to do something useful. Please advise when we will be able to see the gifts on a tribute and the total of them.

Seconding Matt's comment. The 11/5/24 release shows that the tribute exists, but it doesn't show the gifts or donors- which is what the fundraisers need.

Need ability to see 'gift to tribute' like we can in database view. Very beneficial when talking to family member and being able to see donors/gifts to that tribute. As of 11/5/24 not present.

This is one of the biggest gaps for us. We need to be able to not only see the info, but have reports/lists available as well.

March 2017!!!! Cannot believe this has not been sorted by now. What needs to happen to make it important to BB????
