Add GIK (gift-in-kind) to table of pay methods; or, make this table editable

We have been compelled to use the "other" pay method for a few different purposes, given the limits of the pay method table; it would be helpful to note here (as well as in gift type) that the pay method was In-Kind. Or, make this a table that we can add to.

    At a minimum, would appreciate a Pay Method of "Other" with the GIK batch fields.

    Gift-in Kind is a gift type option.
