Add "PAY It" and "Square " as a form of payment , when entering in constituents file for a gift.

We are getting more payments through Pay It and Square , at the moment we are entering them under OTHER and then putting a note in reference . When running reports this is not helping us this way .

    We should have an easy way to add forms of payment on the constituents file .
