As it stands now, one cannot add a gift that is split between a fund and a pledge payment applied to a different constituent. One has to record the check on two different gift records, one for the specified fund and one for the payment to a different constituent's pledge. This is not an efficient method of entering a gift, nor is it good for accurate record keeping.
