Add GIK (gift-in-kind) to table of pay methods; or, make this table editable
We have been compelled to use the "other" pay method for a few different purposes, given the limits of the pay method table; it would be helpful to note here (as well as in gift type) that the pay method was In-Kind. Or, make this a table that we can add to.

GIK and Stock should both be pay method options
This should link to RENXT-I-5126 which is to make the Pay Method a customisable field so that we can set up the methods that are used by our own organisations.
Gift in kind should be defaulting to a pay method of "Other". So for that, it would be a bug thru support. The idea of having a payment method that is also "Gift in kind" is something we are considering, along with a payment method of stock, crypto, etc. Leaving this open for voting based on the nature of having more payment methods as the request but for current functionality, it should be selecting "Other" for any GIK add.
After having trouble with some reports, here was the response from BB: "When a gift-in kind is added from either the constituent record or the Raiser’s Edge NXT Home page, there is no option to manually select the payment method. The payment method defaults to Cash, which is the current designed behavior." A payment method of cash is throwing off some of our reports, and "other" should be an option at the minimum.
At a minimum, would appreciate a Pay Method of "Other" with the GIK batch fields.
Gift-in Kind is a gift type option.
