Add Gift Subtype to the Add Gift form in web view

Our GL structure is based off of the gift subtype in RE, so our folks would need to be able to edit the field if they wanted to utilize the NXT gift entry feature.

      Please add Gift Subtype into your NXT donation form CRM. It is necessary for accounting department. We want to use NXT forms, but having to add the gift subtype manually is time consuming.

      Just wanted to drop a quick note that we added the "Subtype" field to the Add Gift form in web view today. We'll be advertising it in product in next week's "What's new!" pop-out. In the meantime, feel free to go check for yourself! Thanks for all the input and votes from each of you!
