Confirmation emails for events are fairly formulaic and can easily be reused across events. The default email provided in RE NXT is helpful as a starting point, but we always customize it to include our organization's logo, language, colors, etc. While you can easily copy emails under the Marketing activity, you cannot copy event confirmation emails. This means we create new ones from scratch every time we make an event. I ask that Blackbaud either provides a way to copy confirmation emails into new events, or provide a system-setting that overrides the RE NXT default with a custom, organization-branded default.
We use the "copy event form" within events to manage different registration options for an event, the confirmation email is NOT copied along with the rest of the form, so we have to recreate EVERY ONE of them. It would be so much better if the confirmation email was included in the copy function.
