Be able to choose an email default when creating a new email

Right now there is only one default to send anything from NXT.  It would be helpful to have a few different onces to choose from depending on the subject matter/who it goes to.

    Without the ability to change the default email, we run the risk of the wrong email type accidentally being selected.  We do not use the Primary check box.
