In RE NXT - create an action automatically when sending an email (like the database view)

In RE NXT - create an action automatically when sending an email (like the database view). In the database view when you go to actions, you can send an email (which automatically saves to the action) This would be a nice feature to have in RE NXT without having to go to the database view.

    This seems like it would already be a function. Why use the email within the CRM if it doesn't track it in the CRM? I have been adding our newsletters with global add but it's an extra step when it could be built in.

    We just switched to NXT and this is the #1 issue for our fundraisers so far.  What are people doing as a workaround? Manually creating an action after each sent email and attaching the email to it is not feasible.

    We would love this in RE NXT, especially with bulk email. When we send a newsletter, we'd like to record that correspondence in constituent's files, but we don't have the time to individually record this action in hundreds of constituent files.

    The whole point of RENXT is to keep us fundraisers out of the Database view, which can be CLUNKY and slow. This feature is MUCH NEEDED!

    It is extremely time consuming to have to go to Outlook and find the email in your sent folder to link it to RE and then go back to RE to assign yourself as the solicitor for this action.  Frustrated!!!!!!!!!!
