We use most all fields when creating an action and need the additional ability to access these fields when when the action is made without the extra step of going back into the action. If we prioritize, we need Solicitor(s), Campaign, Fund, Appeal and Proposals. Solicitor who is creating an email via actions should automatically be added when sending it, as it does now in the database view.
We have have the ability to link to solicitors/fundraisers and proposals/opportunities now, but we still need the options to link to campaign, fund and appeal records. Right now, our development team is using campaigns to link to actions but it's frustrating that we can only do this in database view especially as we head toward total web solution. Please bring this functionality over to web view. It is very important for tracking our progress towards specific campaigns/funds and it's being used to evaluate our teams' performance.
We need to assign campaigns through nxt for each action!
I totally agree. We definitely need to be able to add all fields that are in RE7 because we keep track of this. If a fundraiser is out and wants to add an action there is no way to add himself/herself as the solicitor. They will have to remember to go into RE7 to complete the action. They shouldn't have to do that.
this is so important! We pull report based on the action campaign and since MGOs are mostly entering actions in NXT those actions are not able to be pulled
