Auto add solicitor to action added via Outlook NXT add-on

When a person adds an action via the Outlook NXT add-on they are not being automatically added as the solicitor on the action and there is no place to add them to the action without going into NXT directly. Since they have to log in to NXT in order to use the add-on, is there a way to automatically have them added as the solicitor on the action, or even just be given a way to add a solicitor? They are automatically add as the solicitor when adding an action via NXT.

I'm an admin for multiple solicitors.  Would be nice if it gave you the drop-down to assign, or at the very least, defaulted to me as the user.  Better than being an 'unassigned action' that gets sent to everyone in the organization at the end of a month!

Not being able to add the assigned solicitor or be automatically assigned to the action when uploading an action from Outlook defeats the entire value of the feature. It requires one to go into the database view and adding this information. Also not being able to have attachments saved to the action or to media means having to take this extra step separate from uploading the text of the email. It also removes the to/from et al information so if you want to capture this data for completeness of information one has to actually pretend to forward the email, copy it with the last to/from information and paste into the note. It also does not permit one to create a "headline" by adding a summary line by filling out the Note Description. This information is critical to reviewing actions. Often it will mark it complete but not fill in the complete date.
