When working within NXT solicitors do not see all of the fields that appear in Raiser's Edge.  Some of the more meaningful information about the action such as campaign or fund does not appear in NXT so our reports from Raiser's Edge does not allow us the capability to drill-down on actions. Therefore, it appears as though the Development Officers are not fully tracking the appropriate information in Raiser's Edge. We have over 85 workplace campaigns along with corporate and individual ask and most of our Development Officers prefer NXT over the database view for entering information.
