Add new constituents within NXT web view

This would help absolutely everybody. I am a front-facing fundraiser and I currently only utilize RE for 40% of my activity because there are so often new relationships made, but I don't have time to go through all the steps in the old portal to create new constituents. Hence, RE is of limited use to me. I do not use the workspace and need to keep multiple lists of actions and contacts per project.

I very much appreciate the recent ability to update emails, phone number, and addresses. That is a big help in the direction I am talking about. However I really need to add new people, and associate existing people in the database to organizations, as many of these associations have not been tracked historically. We have a database of over a hundred thousand constituents so a wholescale update cannot be managed within the time I have. My only hope for utlizing Raiser's Edge is if it can be done on-the-go, updating information as I get it in the process of tracking actions. If this feature could be added, I can only imagine it would help just about everyone who uses this. Thanks!

Hello everyone! Just a quick update. The ability to add and edit relationships in web view has been released. The ability to add new (non-constituent) records as part of this process was also released. We are now working on the ability to add full constituent records. I'm going to re-title this idea to cover the remaining work (Add constituent) since I believe the rest of this request has been fully satisfied. I'll keep this idea updated as we approach a release date for "Add constituent"

Yes, this has been an issue for us, too.

Yes, I would love to. Monday morning or Friday day (Pacific time) look good at this point.

We are working on this now.  Would you have some time next week to review the work we are doing and provide some feedback?
