Add participants to an event in web view

We'd like to be able to add constituents as participants/registrants of an event in RE NXT Web view, not only in Database View.

    RE NXT Events is now Generally Available and allows you to add constituents as participants of an Event. You can learn more about where we're going with NXT Events in this blog post: https://community.blackbaud.com/blogs/13/5641.
