In database view when non-constituents are added to an event, we can select binoculars to actually search RE for their record and link them after the fact. With NXT events, when a non-constituent participant/guest is added to the event we do have choice to add them as a constituent, but there's no way to search RE to link to an existing record. So at present time we are regularly doing cleanup in database view to keep our records accurate.
