in the older (local) version of RE, i could click on a constituents email, it popped open outlook, sent mail and then through magic, an action was created that had the text of the email contained therein. i could then at a later date, search my sent items (in outlook) to see what i had sent

in NXT, i can click on email address, it pops to Outlook, but doesnt enter an action in NXT
