If using the marketing/email function to draft and send emails to users in NXT, a record of that email being sent (and if a reply was made) should be captured in the constituents record (either through a completed action or some other means).  This helps a fundraiser see complete interaction and makes using the marketing/email tool a lot more effective - otherwise many orgs may not see the value in using this feature.
