It would be great if we could keep all of our grant tracking within the system and send action notifications to our department heads for reporting deadlines etc. These folks don't use raisers edge (as much as I would like them to), and I think that something like this would help them to use it more.

It is one of the main things my line manager finds frustrating with RE. She doesn't have it open all the time, so stays out of the loop on a lot of things

Assigning an action to someone without them having a way to get actively notified (other than the notification bell, which isn't very helpful) seems useless- if I have to send the fundraiser an email, it kind of defeats the purpose of assigning the action
