In RE database, I can query on constits according to how they have responded to an email: opened, clicked, gave, etc. I use this information to segment by email lists. I send much more frequently to my subscribers who have taken these actions; I call them my engaged subscribers. I run periodic re-engagement campaigns to reactivate constituents who are NOT engaged - who do not show up in queries for recent opens, clicks, gifts in reply to emails. Can this PLEASE be replicated in NXT? Until then, I do not see value in using NXT for email and I will need to continue to use database.
