Allow lists to be emailed from RE NXT in the same

Allow lists to be emailed from RE NXT in the same manner that Analyze categories such as Overview can be scheduled.

While the Analyze reports are fine, it would be extremely helpful to be able to get scheduled emailed lists sent to our gift officers.
