Giving analytics for NXT email marketing

We need to be able to see who has given and clicked on our giving links in emails sent through RE NXT. This was an option in Online Express, but does not seem to exist in RE NXT. How are we supposed to measure the success of an email campaign when there are no giving analytics?

in other email clients every clickable link has analytics and it's a failing of RENXT. I can see who has donated directly off the email but not any of the other link clicks.

There should be an Export button on Marketing Emails > Sent Emails to retrieve these types of analysis. If we can filter by date and choose columns, how come we can't export

Agreed! They had this feature in BB NetCommunity, and should implement it in RENXT. You could see who clicked links, and what they clicked on. It seems like such an obvious analytical need! Emails have more than one link... we need to know which links were clicked.

I think RENXT should look at Constant Contact Analytics and provide the same valuable service.

I'm surprised this isn't offered in RENXT. It's offered in NetCommunity, which has the same hexagonal database breakdown but also shows you which link was clicked.

Honestly, it's kind of unacceptable to offer an email module while not offering detailed analytics. I am not even sure how one can explain this. This should be expedited because BB can absolutely do this.

It's disappointing that this suggestion was made 5 years ago and it still has not been actioned. This information is vital for our work.

More. Statistics. From. NXT Emails. Please.

This shouldn't be too difficult to provide a heat map and/or a list of who clicked on what link in an email. Right now if we have more than one link in an email, all we get for data is that someone clicked something but don't know what link they clicked. Information like this is standard in other platforms and would help us create emails that are more engaging because we know what people like to read/click on.

Several years on from the initial comments, and no progress on any of this? Extremely disappointing.....

We need to be able to drill down into analytics related to the performance of specific links within an email, not just a general click rate. We want to know what people are clicking on, not just that they are clicking.

I'd really like for the transaction numbers to remain viewable once the email is removed from the top 5 most recent emails. Since we have emails going out daily with workflows, some of our most important emails get barried and then the transaction number isn't viewable.

Kylee, thanks for all the cleanup and merging ideas! I know it's hard to keep up with us, so I appreciate the concentrated effort I'm seeing right now.

Even if you have to keep webview separate from database view in this aspect, NOT being able to click on statistics that tell us who clicked through on what link and if they gave a donation or not is something that needs addressing immediately. There's really no way, at least that I've discovered, to make this happen on our own.

Agreed! Analytics as a whole in NXT email marketing is lacking. Knowing which links people are clicking on is crucial to knowing the success of a campaign. I'd love to be able to track how many people give directly from each campaign. Help make this happen!

Hi. Product Management is in the process of cleaning up the Ideas Portal. We have narrowed our scope for "Planned" features to apply only to features that we are confident will ship in the near future (typically 6-8 weeks). As a result, this feature will move back to a “voting open” status. We value your opinion and encourage you to continue commenting and voting on this request. This will help us determine the priority of this for future releases. Thank you for your patience!

Agree. I am looking forward to some of the same functionality in NXT email marketing as was available in OLX.  One thing I miss is the ability in NXT email to batch post to email recipients records the email appeal as we could in OLX.  Thanks!

I need to know if you can pull the same analytics in RENXT for emails that you can from BBNC emails? Not the 3 sections of Open Rates/Click Through/Bounces I want the full summary and detail analytics that you can from the report icon for all sent emails. Basically what you're asking but with more functionality.
