Useable Analytics for NXT Marketing Emails

RE: NXT Marketing email analytics only tell you that a link was clicked in your email, but at present does not tell you which one. If you have an email with more than one link, knowing which links were popular with readers is an incredibly important metric.

Last week, Lynne Wester, a consultant and leader in the Donor Relations field, suggested that tracking links by donors was an even more valuable metric than survey data-- because with surveys, only your most committed people take the time to respond. Opening an email and clicking on a link is a much lower bar and time commitment, and it would be valuable to track it.

Constant Contact already provides downloadable reports showing which donor clicked on which link at what time. When will Blackbaud?

There is another similar request here that has more votes: https://renxt.ideas.aha.io/ideas/RENXT-I-1908

Agreed. We need to be able to drill down into analytics related to the performance of specific links within an email, not just a general click rate. We want to know what people are clicking on, not just that they are clicking.

Agreed! We'd love this information so we can create better content that our alumni/constituents actually engage with.

Yes! When we have multiple links in one email, the click data is useless unless we know which link(s) were clicked.

I completely agree with this 1000%. More comprehensive reporting in general would be great. But especially to show how a donor/supporter engaged with an email.

This is REALLY important information for any marketeer. We need to know what content is clicked to get meaningful data
