Need additional fields populated via NXT forms

When new constituents are added using NXT donation forms, they do not have Title, Addressee, or Salutation. The gift does not have Campaign or Gift Sub-Type. These are required in our database. I would like to have the option to add these through the form.

      Yes please. This would be incredibly helpful for mapping gifts to particular accounts and projects in FENXT.

      I would love to have this as well. Would save lots of time on donations.

      Yes, please add it. It's incredibly disappointing and frankly embarrassing that this isn't already an option.
