We're a membership-based organization using Raiser's Edge for both donations and membership files. NXT online forms do not provide for much flexibility for us to collect the needed membership information via "gift" forms. Our only option for gathering organizational information, opposed to individual information is to activate the "give on behalf of of an organization" option in the form. This requires the person making the payment to enter their address information twice, with no work around. So frustrating. Make at least one of the address requirements optional or offer more field options so we can customize the information we need.
