Allow new credit card information for recurring gifts
Allow new credit card information for recurring gifts- It seems the only way to update a failed/rejected credit card is to create a new recurring gift. For reporting purposes and a clean giving record, we need to be able to make changes to recurring gifts, the card numbers, the amounts, etc. without creating a new gift.

It does. If you look at the Payment information tile on an Automated recurring gift, you should see an "Amend" button that allows you to make this change:

I just chatted with someone and it is not possible yet. Is there an ETA for this?
I think that this is already available now. I am sure that I have updated a credit card in an automated recurring gift.

Wonderful - the sooner this can come out the better. I've struggled with having to re-enter new info in the past also.

Thanks for the idea! We are planning to release the ability to Amend the amount (upgrade/downgrade) and the payment information (update card details) in the near future!
