Using NXT Marketing

Having the ability to use NXT Marketing to send an invitation to a group of constituents to an event and not record the invitation as an action is USELESS. 

 

What is the point? If I go to a constituent record and not see the most recent activity then this process has no value.

    Hi! Thanks for your idea. Have you considered adding the constituent list you sent the invite to into your NXT Events participant list and marked them as invited? Today you can do this by Adding a saved list from the Participant list screen, and setting the invitation status. This would then make the event show up on the Event participation tile on the constituent record with their invited status.

    We are looking at ways to automate this multi-step process more in the future; however, I do not know if writing it as an action will be how we show this on the constituent record. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the above process and if it would suit your needs.
