YES! If Blackbaud is planning to shut down Online Express in summer 2027, they MUST MUST MUST implement this before then. We cannot have every organization contact and spouse have a full constituent record without really gumming up our snail-mail mailing list and other operational procedures. The ONLY reason we still use OLX is because of this feature and it will be a disaster for us if this is not implemented before OLX goes away.

The Household management feature is a big part of how we manage records because it aligns with how our donors give and interact with us (many many many of our donors give jointly as a couple) so not being able to email the spouse without basically doubling our number of constituents would be a big headache for our small team.

I end up sending the email twice -- once to the preferred email, and then a second time to Spouse email. I cannot make separate constituents of these people! Why not just have a check box of the various email types and voila!

Yes! Our database uses households to organize constituents. In RE Online Express you could build a query to use as an email list and select the option to include the Head of Household and the spouse record, too! This needs to be a function in NXT email, as well!

Yes, please! I have a husband and wife who both want their own emails but they share the same record in RE.
