We just installed the RE NXT Gmail add-on to sync our donor outreach to our RE database. However, it seems that if an email address is in a "spouse" record, as opposed to the main donor record, RE can't find the email address and the add-on can't upload the email into the donor record. The end result is that we can only upload emails and create actions for about half our donor base.
