Being Able to send emails to spouse/relationship

Being Able to send emails to spouse/relationship with a click of a button or filter

Being able to send to a donor's spouse if they have a record in RE or not but have an email attached. So both the donor and spouse gets the email instead of running two queries and merging them to create the list.
