Has anyone realized that if an email is not marked primary in RE NXT, it is not able to receive emails??? Just discovered this today. Emails are suppressed and they will not receive any of your sent emails until you mark one email address as primary. We have used OLX in the past and it would just suppress duplicates, but in the new RE NXT Marketing Email function, it simply won't send to anyone without a primary email. I would love to see this corrected and hear of any feedback from anyone else, if they have encountered the same problem.
We now give the option to choose email address types per email job in RE NXT.
Discovered this quite by accident a couple of weeks ago and was shocked!!! This really needs to be corrected and I also agree, we should be able to use more than one email.
I noticed it a long time ago and wrote something about it. We would like the system to use more than just 1 email. Many of our constituents have more than 1 email address.
If one of them bounces, at least it will go to the other email address and we can clean up the bad email addresses and mark the other as primary all in one swoop.
Yes, I have mapped it in OLX, but now we are using the RE NXT version. Are they related? I didn't think so.
