When we updated RE several months ago, there was a problem with emails and old work emails were imported to all records. This was fixed in an update and old emails were marked inactive. Now in NXT, the inactive emails show up on everyone's records and there is no way to hide or sort email addresses. So for some people, only inactive emails show on the first screen, making it appear as if there isn't a current email address. Let us filter out/hide inactive emails.
The more customizing we can do in Org Db Settings and User Options, the better...this is one way in which RE:7 remains superior to NXT. I have renamed and hidden fields, repurposed fields that we would never use for their intended purpose but which work much better than Attributes for something we do need to enter, etc. I'm a little afraid that all of that will be lost with NXT (or I'll have to find time to move everything and re-do reports, etc.).
