Add keyboard shortcuts to simplify common processes (i.e. search bar)

For example: clicking the magnifying glass in the top right corner everytime I need to open a constituent record is a little annoying. 

 

BUT...


If there was a keyboard shortcut to open the constituent search dialog box the process would be greatly simplified

      Having the search field always available on the menu bar without clicking would be nice as well.
