Add a configurable button, or similar, to constituent records that would allow the user to close the current constituent record and return to either the Work Center or Home screen.

The current option of finding the Work Center or Home is not intuitive and can be cumbersome, especially when the side navigation is collapsed.

Having an easy way to close out a record and continue working seamlessly in the database would create a better workflow and a happier user experience. And more importantly, it would also be security friendly to not have a constituent record left up as the main screen once work is completed in that constituent's record.
