Prompt an "Add New Constituent" button in Search Bar (when donor doesn't exist)

When searching for a Constituent, and the individual or organization doesn't exist in the database, prompt an "Add Constituent" button or option. This allows the workflow to move progress instead of come to a halt by stopping to go to the Home page and then 'Add Constituent'.

please please please! it doesn't seem like much of an workflow hindrance when just adding one or two new constituents a week, but when there is a large event or disaster appeal with hundreds+ of new constituents to add in a day or week, those extra clicks to go back to the RENXT home page add up to critical lost time.

Yes, this would greatly improve workflow for the back office.

This would be very helpful as we can access the Search no matter which area of the database is showing on our screen, but we can only add a new constituent from the Home screen. Since we can search from anywhere it seems odd that we always have to go back to the Home screen to create a new constituent.
